Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20 August, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms that may apply to services provided by Tariq Global Ventures LLC (“TGV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, ordering, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that refunds for service-based work depend on the project stage, work already completed, resources committed, third-party costs, and any project-specific agreement.

1. General Refund Policy

Because TGV provides customized professional and digital services, payments are not automatically refundable once work has begun.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on:

  • The stage of the project
  • Work already completed
  • Time and resources already committed
  • Deliverables already provided
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
  • Project-specific terms agreed with the client
  • Applicable legal requirements

2. Advance Payments and Deposits

Advance payments or deposits may be required before work begins.

Once work has started, any portion of the advance payment relating to work already completed, resources committed, or expenses incurred may be non-refundable.

If no work has started and no third-party expenses have been incurred, TGV may review a refund request based on the circumstances of the project.

3. Work Already Completed

Payments relating to services already performed are generally non-refundable.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Website design or development work
  • Graphic or creative work
  • SEO research and implementation
  • Keyword research
  • Content creation
  • Advertising campaign setup or management
  • Lead-generation work
  • Social-media setup or management
  • E-commerce setup
  • AI automation work
  • Business strategy or consulting
  • Technical configuration
  • Project planning and research

4. Third-Party Costs

Third-party expenses are generally non-refundable once purchased, paid, activated, or committed.

These may include:

  • Advertising spend
  • Domain registration
  • Website hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Plugins
  • Shopify or e-commerce platform fees
  • Marketplace fees
  • Software subscriptions
  • AI platform fees
  • Payment-gateway charges
  • Stock images or licensed assets
  • API charges
  • External applications
  • Other third-party services

Such expenses are subject to the refund policies of the relevant third-party provider.

5. Project Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request cancellation by contacting TGV in writing.

Upon cancellation, TGV may calculate:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Outstanding invoices
  • Resources already committed
  • Third-party expenses
  • Other non-refundable project costs

Any eligible unused balance may be considered for refund after these amounts have been deducted.

6. Partial Refunds

Where a project has been partially completed, TGV may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a partial refund for the unused portion of the service.

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed and costs already incurred.

A partial refund is not guaranteed simply because a project has not yet reached final completion.

7. Monthly and Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services such as digital marketing, SEO, social-media management, advertising management, lead generation, maintenance, or automation support, fees relating to a service period that has already started may be non-refundable.

Clients should provide cancellation notice before the next billing period where applicable.

Any specific notice period contained in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement will apply.

8. Advertising and Marketing Services

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other advertising providers is not controlled by TGV and is generally non-refundable by TGV.

TGV service fees for campaign strategy, setup, management, optimization, or reporting may also be non-refundable once the related work has been performed.

Advertising results, lead volume, sales, rankings, traffic, or return on investment are not grounds for an automatic refund because these outcomes depend on factors outside TGV’s control.

9. Website and E-commerce Projects

For website design, development, Shopify, e-commerce, and related projects, refunds may be reduced or unavailable after work has started.

Work may include:

  • Planning
  • Research
  • Wireframes
  • Design
  • Development
  • Product setup
  • Integrations
  • Testing
  • Revisions
  • Hosting or domain configuration

Third-party licenses and platform charges remain subject to their own providers’ refund policies.

10. SEO, AEO and GEO Services

SEO, AEO, GEO, local SEO, and search-visibility services involve ongoing work and cannot guarantee specific rankings or search results.

Fees for research, audits, optimization, content work, technical implementation, reporting, or other completed SEO-related services are generally non-refundable once the work has been performed.

11. AI Automation Services

AI automation projects may involve planning, workflow development, integrations, APIs, software subscriptions, and third-party AI platforms.

Payments for completed automation work and third-party services already purchased or configured may be non-refundable.

Changes by third-party AI providers, APIs, or software platforms do not automatically create a right to a refund from TGV.

12. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing and should include:

  • Client name
  • Project or service name
  • Relevant invoice or payment information
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests may be submitted through our Contact Us page.

Make Contact Us link to your contact page.

13. Refund Review and Processing

TGV will review refund requests based on the applicable project terms, work completed, costs incurred, and relevant circumstances.

Where a refund is approved, processing times may depend on the original payment method, payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

TGV is not responsible for additional processing delays caused by payment processors or banks.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact TGV directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

Submitting a fraudulent, misleading, or unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of services and may affect future business relationships, subject to applicable law.

15. Project-Specific Agreements

If a proposal, quotation, invoice, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will apply to that project to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Changes to This Refund Policy

Tariq Global Ventures LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
