2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that:

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing TGV with the information and cooperation reasonably required to perform the agreed services.
This may include:

- Written content
- Images, videos, logos, and branding materials
- Website, hosting, domain, advertising, social-media, or platform access
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Accurate pricing, offers, claims, and promotional information
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary ownership rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to provide TGV with any logos, trademarks, images, videos, written content, databases, customer information, or other materials.
Project timelines may be extended where delays result from missing materials, delayed approvals, unavailable access, incomplete information, or lack of client communication.
5. Payments and Fees
Pricing and payment terms will be communicated through the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.
TGV may require an advance payment, deposit, milestone payment, monthly payment, or full payment before beginning or continuing work.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Where payment becomes overdue, TGV may:
- Pause or suspend work
- Delay delivery
- Withhold final deliverables
- Suspend ongoing services
- Terminate the project or service arrangement
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Unless expressly stated as included, the client is responsible for third-party expenses including, where applicable:
- Advertising spend
- Domain registration
- Website hosting
- Premium themes or plugins
- Shopify or e-commerce platform fees
- Marketplace charges
- Software subscriptions
- AI platform charges
- Payment-gateway fees
- Stock assets
- External applications
- Third-party tools or integrations
6. Cancellations and Refunds
A client may request cancellation of a project or service by providing written notice to TGV.
Any refund eligibility will depend on:
- Work already completed
- Project stage
- Resources already committed
- Services already delivered
- Third-party expenses incurred
- Project-specific contractual terms
- Applicable law
Payments relating to work already completed or services already provided are not normally refundable, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party expenses that have already been incurred may be non-refundable, including advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions, marketplace fees, payment-processing charges, premium themes, plugins, applications, and similar external expenses.
Where payment includes work that has not yet been performed, TGV may determine whether an unused portion is refundable after accounting for completed work, committed resources, administrative costs, and non-refundable expenses.
If a proposal, quotation, contract, or other written agreement contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those project-specific terms will take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Project Delivery and Timelines
TGV will make reasonable efforts to perform services according to agreed or estimated timelines.
Delivery dates may be affected by:
- Changes in project scope
- Delayed client feedback
- Missing information or materials
- Delayed approvals
- Technical difficulties
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting or server issues
- API or software failures
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances outside TGV’s reasonable control
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed completion dates.
8. Revisions and Change Requests
The number and scope of revisions included in a project will be determined by the applicable proposal or project agreement.
Requests that materially change the original:
- Design
- Functionality
- Strategy
- Number of pages
- Content volume
- Products
- Integrations
- Campaign structure
- Automation requirements
- Other project specifications
may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may result in additional fees and revised delivery timelines.
9. Third-Party Services and Platforms
TGV services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including:
- Meta
- Social-media platforms
- Search engines
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- E-commerce platforms
- Payment processors
- Marketplaces
- Analytics providers
- Plugins
- APIs

TGV does not control these third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party:

Clients remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms, policies, and requirements.
10. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Where TGV provides marketing or advertising services, the client is responsible for ensuring that information regarding its products, services, prices, promotions, claims, offers, and business activities is accurate and lawful.
Advertising budgets are separate from TGV service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Advertising platforms independently control:
- Advertisement approval
- Account approval
- Campaign delivery
- Account suspension
- Advertising policies
- Audience availability
- Pricing and bidding
- Platform functionality
TGV cannot guarantee approval or uninterrupted access to any third-party advertising platform.
11. SEO, AEO, GEO and Performance Disclaimer
TGV may provide SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, e-commerce, content, local-search, and related growth services.
We use reasonable professional strategies and practices; however, business results depend on numerous factors outside TGV’s control.
These may include:
- Competition
- Search-engine algorithms
- AI-search systems
- Advertising budgets
- Market demand
- Consumer behavior
- Website performance
- Product or service quality
- Pricing
- Client responsiveness
- Platform policies
- Competitor activity
- Geographic market conditions
TGV does not guarantee any specific:
- Google ranking
- Search-engine position
- AI Overview placement
- AI-search citation
- Traffic volume
- Number of leads
- Conversion rate
- Advertising return
- Sales volume
- Revenue level
- Customer acquisition result
unless a specific result has been expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
12. AI and Automation Services
AI and automation services may involve third-party:
- Artificial-intelligence models
- APIs
- Automation platforms
- Software
- Integrations
- Messaging platforms
- Customer-management systems
AI-generated and automated outputs may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, or unexpected results.
Clients should maintain appropriate human review and oversight where important business, financial, legal, operational, or customer-facing decisions are involved.
TGV cannot guarantee the permanent availability, accuracy, functionality, or continued support of third-party AI systems or platforms.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original work created specifically for a client remains the property of TGV until all applicable invoices relating to that work have been paid in full.
Following full payment, ownership or usage rights for agreed final deliverables may transfer to the client as specified in the applicable project agreement.
TGV retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- Processes
- Know-how
- Internal systems
- Reusable frameworks
- Templates
- Methods
- Tools
- Techniques
- Proprietary materials
Third-party software, themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts, APIs, applications, licenses, and other third-party materials remain subject to the intellectual-property and licensing terms of their respective owners.
14. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TGV may identify completed publicly available work as part of its portfolio and may display public-facing project deliverables to demonstrate its capabilities and services.
TGV will not intentionally publish confidential business information, private credentials, customer databases, or other non-public information for marketing purposes.
Clients may request in writing that confidential or sensitive projects not be publicly displayed.
15. Confidentiality
TGV and the client agree to take reasonable measures to protect confidential information obtained during the business relationship.
Confidential information may include:
- Business plans
- Credentials
- Customer information
- Marketing data
- Project documents
- Internal strategies
- Pricing information
- Technical information
- Other non-public business information
Confidential information will be used only for legitimate business and project purposes unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the relevant party.
16. Website Usage
You agree not to:

- The client provides misleading or unlawful materials.
- Continued work may create legal, financial, security, or reputational risk.
- A third-party platform prevents continued delivery.
Termination does not eliminate obligations to pay for services already performed or expenses already incurred.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tariq Global Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
This may include loss of:
- Profits
- Revenue
- Customers
- Data
- Business opportunities
- Advertising spend
- Anticipated savings
- Reputation
TGV is not responsible for losses arising from third-party platforms, external service interruptions, client-provided information, unauthorized changes made by clients or third parties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TGV’s aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to TGV for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tariq Global Ventures LLC and its representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from:
- Unlawful client activities
- Client-provided materials used without appropriate rights or permissions
- False or misleading claims supplied by the client
- Client violations of third-party policies
- Misuse of deliverables
- Client violations of applicable law
- Client instructions that infringe third-party rights
20. Force Majeure
TGV will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Civil disturbances
- Government actions
- Cyberattacks
- Internet outages
- Hosting failures
- Power failures
- Telecommunications failures
- Platform outages
- Labor disruptions
- Third-party service failures
- Other events reasonably outside TGV’s control
21. Privacy and Data Protection

Where a project involves access to personal, customer, employee, prospect, or business data, each party is responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements relevant to its activities.
Clients must not provide TGV with personal information they do not have the right or legal authority to disclose.
22. Electronic Communications
By contacting TGV electronically, submitting forms, accepting proposals, or communicating by email, messaging applications, or other digital channels, you consent to receiving communications relating to your enquiry, project, invoices, services, or business relationship electronically.
Electronic approvals, confirmations, and communications may be relied upon where legally permitted.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to our website or services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or our services will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Missouri, United States.

These Terms, together with the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, Privacy Policy, and any other written agreement between TGV and the client, constitute the agreement governing the relevant services.
Where a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project to the extent of the conflict.
27. Changes to These Terms
Tariq Global Ventures LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

- Business practices
- Technology
- Legal requirements
- Platform requirements
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes will apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
